When my mother passed in 2002, I had a business trip to Cabo around Thanksgiving and asked my father and brother to join me so we would have a change of scenery for our first holiday without my mother.
I am not sure if it was the timing of the trip, but a feeling of hope and restoration occurred for all of us during that trip.
Cabo is now just part of who we are as a family. We have been vacationing in Cabo for more than 20 years! Myself (Christine) along with my husband (Patrick) and our 2 girls (Katherine and Emily) feel like it is our 2nd home. For me personally, it is one of the most magical places I have ever been – boasting both sea and desert – there are SO many things to do and see regardless of your interests.
The memories we have made in Cabo are some of the best memories I have and I am so grateful not just to be able to spend time in this beautiful place so often, but to now have the ability to share some of our favorite places with others who can, in turn create their own memories.
